Pet Policy:

Please contact the hotel directly to book a pet friendly room. Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms, requiring prior authorization from the front desk. We allow up to 2 fifty pound dogs per room. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc.) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Pet rate is $20/pet/day. Pets cannot be left alone in the rooms while you are out. If damage occurs, or excessive cleaning is needed to the room, the hotel may charge additional fees to cover the costs of repair and cleaning. Failure to report a pat in the room will result in a $300 penalty.

Cancellation Policy :

Anyone wishing to cancel a reservation without charge must give a minimum 48-hour notice before check-in time. Any reservation canceled after this time period will be charged for the first night + tax.

Minimum check-in age is 21, required to show a government issued photo ID and credit card at check-in.

Payment: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and cash. Payment will be charged at check-in. Please verify your room rate, check-out date, and payment type. Credit cards used to pay for reservations must be of the actual guest staying in the room, or else a credit card authorization must be completed prior to guest’s arrival. Credit cards used to make a reservation may be charge within 48 hours of arrival.

All room rates are based on 2 guests. Any additional guests wishing to stay in a room will be charged $20 per person. Children under age of 10 stay free with accompanying adult. No visitors after 9PM, they are not allowed in other part of the hotel. Only registered guests are allowed in rooms overnight. Maximum 2 guest in one Double or King room and 4 guest in two Double room.

Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will be added to your final bill. Upon Check-In, please inspect your room. If there is any issue, please let us know right away so we can take care of it for you.

In respect of other guests, we ask there be no running in the hallways or loud noise of any kind. Children under 12 must accompanied by adults in all parts of the hotel.

This is a non-smoking hotel. There will be a $300 fine for smoking of any kind throughout the hotel. If you smoke outside, please stand at least 25 feet away from the building. Cooking is not permitted in the hotel.

Pets are welcome only in designated rooms, requiring prior authorization from the front desk. You must notify the front desk if you have a pet. Failure to do so will result in a $300 penalty. See pet policy for further details.

All special requests are based on availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional charges.

Housekeeping will only be provided between the hours of 9:00am and 2:00pm.

There will be an extra charge for damaging or trashing the room.

Please do not leave cash, traveler’s checks, jewelry, or any other valuables unattended in your room. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen property.

For any emergencies, please dial 9-911, and then contact the front desk by dialing 0.

Any guests found to be disregarding these policies, or becoming a nuisance to other guests, will be asked to leave the property without refund.
